    Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

- 4 large eggs

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

 Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

3. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan, forming the crust. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to firmly press the crust down.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

6. Add the sour cream and flour to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until smooth and well combined.

7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan, and smooth the top with a spatula.

8. Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for 1 hour to cool gradually.

10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the pan. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

11. Serve slices of cheesecake plain, or with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, fruit compote, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.

12. Enjoy your delicious New York-style cheesecake!
